Go-to strategy: Staying in a trade with the big money at my back. What does that mean? I go long with the big money point of control below me and short with the Point of Control above me.
Journey:
Jane began her career in 2000, fresh out of college. When the dot‑com bubble imploded, she stepped away from the trading. Fast forward to 2014, after the second layoff of her life, she returned as a day trader.

Jane's TRADING STRATEGY
Structural Trendline Pivot
Target high-velocity moves by identifying the decisive break of a multi-month descending trendline as price clears its primary volume Point of Control. Execution focuses on entering as price moves into "low-supply" zones above historical volume nodes, utilizing the reclaimed trendline as a risk pivot to capture a shift from long-term accumulation to active expansion.
Volume Shelf Pivot Short
High-conviction short opportunities by identifying the breakdown of an overextended parabolic trend through a major institutional volume shelf. Execution focuses on entering as price decisively clears the high-volume Point of Control on the downside, utilizing that reclaimed "value zone" as the primary risk level for a fast move into the supply vacuum below.
